COPENHAGEN. This hotel restaurant affords amazing views of the city from its 25th-floor perch. As you look out across Copenhagen, relax at linen-covered tables and enjoy the eclectic cuisine, whose Danish inspiration is evident. Start with fresh oysters or roasted turbot, before shifting to grilled tuna, beef tenderloin, roast lamb with leeks, or Asian-pickled black cod. Three- to six-course, prix fixe meals are available, and the Sky Bar offers a place to lounge before or after dinner.

COPENHAGEN. Albeit small, this accomplished restaurant gets plenty of press and local acclaim, and it's been recognized by folks as varied as the Queen and Michelin. A husband-wife team ensure that standards are high, and the menu depends on what's best at the market that day. Meats and seafood from the region are prominent, and a great wine list complements anything created. Among the dishes you'll find are veal, Norway lobster, and roasted rabbit, all accented with an abundance of fresh herbs and produce.

COPENHAGEN. Although Denmark offers plenty of fresh seafood, you'll find that it's given a different approach at this appealing hotel restaurant. The small, clean-lined establishment can ably take care of your sushi cravings, courtesy of its skilled chefs, and a teppanyaki grill pleases diners more fond of cooked dishes, both meat and seafood. Add in a terrific saké, and the Asian experience is complete. Reservations suggested.
