 EDITOR REVIEW: DOWNTOWN. While you're exploring the treasures of the Rockwell Museum, keep up the Western theme with a stop at this on-site restaurant. Although not operated by the museum, Cantina promises a variety of Southwestern dishes that perfectly maintain the feel of the art institution. Sandwiches and salads are great for warding off the lunchtime munchies (along with a yummy corn chowder!), and beef-and-bean burritos, chili, and other standards make ideal dinner entrees. You'll also want to sample their cactus fries as an intriguing, slightly exotic snack!
