HORSEHEADS. One of the region's largest shopping malls, Arnot is an easy, fifteen-minute drive from Corning. Its 100-plus retail venues offer everything from apparel and jewelry to books, music, and shoes. Visitors also enjoy an arcade, movie theater, food court, and sit-down restaurants. The spacious facility is punctuated by water features, well-maintained plantings, and a large, focal-point clock, making it an appealing destination even for those who simply accompany die-hard shoppers.

DOWNTOWN. Undoubtedly Corning's hub, this downtown area boasts historic charm and a host of shopping and activities. Brick paving, renovated buildings, and accent trees contribute to the lovely atmosphere, and many restaurants and gift shops take advantage of the pleasant setting. As an added perk, a complimentary shuttle runs between the Corning Museum of Glass and Market Street, linking two of Corning's most notable sites.
