The place's sleek, corporate decor stands in contrast to its mundane strip mall location – framed pictures of the Cowboys' standout linebacker do add a touch of personality. As for food, diners find themselves confronted by a myriad of choices: Start with spring rolls, pho bo vien (beef meatballs), or pho ga (chicken and rice noodle soup)?
