Owned by the family of Dallas Cowboy (and former Texas A&M) linebacker Dat Nguyen, this restaurant adds the exotic tastes of traditional Vietnamese fare to the local dining scene. The place's sleek, corporate decor stands in contrast to its mundane strip mall location – framed pictures of the Cowboys' standout linebacker do add a touch of personality. As for food, diners find themselves confronted by a myriad of choices: Start with spring rolls, pho bo vien (beef meatballs), or pho ga (chicken and rice noodle soup)?
