The Buzz -- A southern Dallas suburb hosts this delightful Renaissance festival, which replicates 16th-century English village life. Fearless knights, falconers, jugglers, and jesters are the guests of honor as scores of entertainers and more than 200 merchants set up shop for the fun-filled event. Waxahachie is 30 miles south of Dallas, heading toward Waco.
