The $5 cover is unavoidable, there are no drink specials, and the rooftop is usually closed. The blues jam on Tuesday is incredible, but it's hard to enjoy with a sticky dance floor and eight flat-screen TVs to distract you. Deep Ellum Blues on Main Street is a better venue for live blues music.

Wow! I just want to say that I had a blast with my family and friends at THE BONE. The staff are great, and man, have you seen their bouncers? The owners have also done some renovations and it looks really good. You guys have got to go check them out!!!
