GREENVILLE AVENUE.   When a pint o' stout and a bit of Celtic charm are called for, few places hold a candle to this pub, whose founders (and sometimes barkeeps) are true Dubliners. While the kitchen serves a terrifically tasty lineup of sandwiches, the place really hits its mark with libations, thanks to a selection of draft beers, single-malt scotches, and Irish whiskeys.
