53. Park Cities Prime

A little Gem in the Park Cities. They serve great prime beef and excellent seafood as well. Their piano player Adrian King is world renowned, most recently playing for George and Laura Bush at a private party. They host a cocktail clinic on the second and last Friday of every month with a Pro Mixologist from New York City. He makes and teaches you how to make the most extraordinary cocktails you've ever had. The service staff is friendly, non-obtrusive, and very professional. They also have a great wine list with over 500 wines.
