This popular restaurant features traditional decor and its ambiance is full-fledged FIESTA! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere (complete with live music) is energetic. Locals favor the Cadillac for its renowned margaritas. Classics like Cabrito al Pastor (roasted young goat) and Camarones Enbrochette (stuffed shrimp) are among the many tasty menu items.
