UPTOWN.   Housed in a unique black and white building, this gallery has a great collection of Texas Regionalist paintings that were especially popular in the mid-1980s. Most are oils and watercolors and there are a few sculptures. The collection also includes late 19th and early 20th century works by American and European artists.   (© 10Best)
