May 9 - May 11, 2008 Taste of Addison During this yearly festival, guests can sample delicious morsels from more than 50 area restaurants. Tidbits include sushi, pizza, ice cream, steaks, burgers, doughnuts, wings, and items ranging from Thai to Mexican. Booths feature arts, crafts, and local products; additional showcases include automobile displays, live music, and children's activities. Some 60,000 visitors participate in the three-day May event. Addison is conveniently just north of Dallas proper.
