The ambience at this sunny bistro is reminiscent of Paris, as is the food. Traditional bistro fare like coq au vin joins classic-with-a-twist dishes like filet of beef with pommes soufflés. Who needs steak frites when you can have a fork-tender filet accompanied by simply amazing twice-fried potato puffs? The lunch menu is similar, with standard selections – a croque monsieur, pâtés – as well as more adventurous options, like a salad of curly endive with a warm poached egg, or a big-enough-to-share assiette de crudités brimming with marinated veggies. A decent wine list offers several affordable choices, along with pricier bottles.

HISTORIC DISTRICT. Let the intimate Parisian ambience and traditional European-French cuisine excite your imagination in this esteemed dining establishment. Crisp white tablecloths contrast with the soft mauve color scheme and contribute to the sophisticated atmosphere. Menu selections include salmon and sole roulade stuffed with curry infused rock shrimp mousse and sesame chili oil, seafood risotto, and lamb medallions with a tapenade and tomato thyme mousse. Rich desserts and coffee specialties provide a great ending to a satisfying meal. Al fresco dining is available when weather permits.
