It is a mixed-use town center with many restaurants, a comedy club, movie theater, fitness facility, apartments, and a public fountain park for children and families. It is often the location of outdoor concerts. Proceeds from parking meters are donated to local area charities. It has a Von Maur department store, which is very popular.
