This is a wonderful choice for fresh local seafood, fried or steamed clams, and Alaskan king crab legs. Lively, energetic crowds pack this inlet spot on the Halifax River. Outdoor bar for sipping and boat watching. Live music is at 5pm Wednesday through Friday, and 1pm on the weekends. Early bird specials offered until 5pm.

Extremely disappointed. She crab soup barely had a hint of crab and taste was indistinguishable from another party's clam chowder. Flounder was overcooked and dry. Stuffed shrimp billed as "jumbo" were at best small medium and crab "stuffing" ((laid between the tiny shrimps -not "stuffed"), like the soup, had no taste of crab. A baked potato was undercooked and McDonald's like fries were cold. For the $$$ this was not worth it.
In retrospect the numerous empty tables on a Saturday night should have been suspect to begin with.

What a great place; great seafood and a great view. The kind of place that could only happen at an inlet in Florida.
