This is a wonderful choice for fresh local seafood, fried or steamed clams, and Alaskan king crab legs. Lively, energetic crowds pack this inlet spot on the Halifax River. Outdoor bar for sipping and boat watching. Live music is at 5pm Wednesday through Friday, and 1pm on the weekends. Early bird specials offered until 5pm. Business casual attire.

This restaurant has been here forever! Visitors that have made the trek down 1A for years, as well as locals, continue to rave about Park's. Appropriately cool and dark lounge area for a cocktail before dinner. Great fresh seafood any way you like it – broiled, fried, or baked. Also, they offer a a great covered patio.

Located on the Halifax, this is a great place for old-fashioned seafood. Peel n' eat shrimp, oysters steamed or served on the half shell, grilled items and a variety of fish sandwiches. A bucket of iced beers is commonly ordered in this low-key restaurant. This popular spot with a large deck facint the river attracts a big crowd and gets packed to the gills, no pun intended! Casual dress.

If you are a barbeque fan, you truly will be in "hog heaven" at this restaurant. For an average of $10, you can have your barbeque any way you like it, but the Pit BBQ ribs are the specialty. Hog Heaven also has hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken items on their menu.
