LEWISVILLE.   Southwest of Denton, this unique eatery offers diverse treats. Some dishes have a Mediterranean or Italian inspiration; others boast Tex-Mex or Cajun flavor. The setting is homey, thanks to an inviting stone exterior and a dining room reminiscent of a country cottage. Mimi's breakfasts, in particular, earn local acclaim. Mediocre. Great atmoshere but marginal food. There are enough good restaurants in the area to skip this one.
