Chef's specialties include Xao Thap Cam (sauteed shrimp, beef, and chicken with mixed vegetables), Tom Quan Thit Ba Roi (shrimp wrapped in marinated bacon and served with noodles and rice papers), and Hu Tiu Nam Vang Xao (stir-fried shrimp, pork, and onion with bean sprouts and clear noodles).
