SOUTH DENVER.   For more than two decades, this eatery has been the place in Denver for Vietnamese food. While the rather mundane decor, which looks much as it did in the '70s, most assuredly won't knock your socks off, T-WA comes highly recommended by "The Rocky Mountain News." House specialties include delish Dungeness crab, orange chicken, and traditional spring rolls. A handful of Chinese dishes is also available.
