NORTH DENVER.   Wherever she goes, Peruvian pastry chef Yasmin Lozada-Hissom earns kudos for her unique and artful approach to dessert. Chocolate cake gets a lift from crunchy toffee bits and a sweet finish with crème frâiche gelato; the lowly strawberry shortcake gets a lovely twist with a brown sugar biscuit and a scoop of lime buttermilk-gelato.
