CAPITOL HILL.   Neighborhood folks place laurels at the feet of this New American eatery, which is known almost as much for ambience as for its innovative menu. A handful of conservatively appointed tables dot the intimate dining room; soft lighting and professional, unobtrusive service complete the elegant scene. Featured dishes twist traditional American favorites, and the results include macaroni and cheese with lobster and Maple Leaf Farm duck with balsamic jus. This outstanding restaurant has unbelievable food! Coming from Manhattan, I think it is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The lobster mac and cheese is a must! All food is fresh and has a taste that will enhance all your taste buds!
