3. The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines

For 20 years, this spectacular performance arena has been entertaining Des Moines audiences. The Civic Center is home to two stages. The Main Hall seats over 2,500 and features a proscenium stage. The Stoner Studio Theater provides an intimate setting and can handle 200 attendees. The center books a variety of entertainment groups, including touring Broadway companies.
