NEW CENTER.   Chef-owned Cuisine sits near the Fisher Theatre in a lovely house dating from the 1920s. Its inventive menu walks the line between French fare and New American cooking, creating a slate of fantastic dishes in the process. Begin with a charcuterie plate or lobster ravioli with morels, and then choose from almond-crusted soft shell crabs, a mixed roast of veal and beef tenderloin, or roasted Alaskan halibut.
