KEEGO HARBOR.   Thanks to owner-chef Jeremy Grandon, a CIA graduate, his wife Paula, and their passion for food, this suburban restaurant has been showered with accolades. The restaurant interior is peppered with art, glittering chandeliers, and architectural elements – but only as accents in a more spare space. The menu, sourced with premium ingredients, is lush and wonderful. As evidence: diver scallops with tempura vegetables and ginger-sake broth, red wine-braised beef shortribs, grilled lamb chops with a whisper of rosemary and garlic, and chicken paillard with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
