TROY.   Set in a strip mall, this appealing Japanese restaurant chooses, curiously enough, to serve fabulous Asian fare amid French-inspired artwork. Don't let the discrepancy throw you, however; instead, concentrate on the menu, which is designed to accommodate non-sushi eaters as well as fans of the carefully crafted delicacy. Sitting at the sushi bar lets you observe the chef's preparations, and the menu boasts both maki and nigiri. Cooked dishes include tempura, teriyaki, and a host of cook-at-your-table options.
