FARMINGTON HILLS. Serving food created by students enrolled in the community college's culinary arts program (and staffed by them), this cafe is a wonderful place to get delicious food at fantastic prices. Certainly, there will be a few glitches as a result of the learning process, but the benefits far outweigh the slight discrepancies. Patrons can expect to find hamburgers, sandwiches, and a salad bar, along with hot entrees like veal marsala, honey-fried chicken, and shrimp cake-stuffed lake trout with cheese grits.
