ROYAL OAK.   Although its decor may be a little dated, and the presence of a uniform-wearing mannequin and red-tinged lights gives some diners pause, this long-lived eatery is reputed to serve the area's best burgers. Cooked to order and topped with your choice of 20-some options, they're the definite menu favorite, along with onion rings. If you're intent on venturing beyond ground beef, Redcoat also serves a terrific chicken pot pie, an elegant and large house salad, fish and chips, and an English prime rib dinner, complete with Yorkshire pudding. The restaurant's beer list is also extensive and earns high marks, as do late serving hours. Weekend waits are common.   (© 10Best)

Service got them 'fired' Wen here for years - great burgers - but there are a number of places you can get a reallt good burger. The service got indiferent & finally downright slow & snotty. Haven't been back in a couple years & always manage to find plenty of good alternatives. The management lost touch with its customers. Oh well . . .'you're fired!"
