Wen here for years - great burgers - but there are a number of places you can get a reallt good burger. The service got indiferent & finally downright slow & snotty. Haven't been back in a couple years & always manage to find plenty of good alternatives. The management lost touch with its customers. Oh well . . .'you're fired!"
