Its menu is also an amalgam, unifying flavors from around the globe and allowing them to transcend their usual roles. A strip loin steak enjoys a sake-ginger rub, and Colorado lamb shank gets a kick from shaved garlic chips and a pomegranate reduction. Even stuffed chicken breast is in for a shake-up with watermelon chutney and fried okra fritters. Atlas also serves a scrumptious weekend brunch.
