DOWNTOWN. Chic, glittering, and romantic, SaltWater is a hip enterprise, punctuated by bright blue hues and a mosaic ceiling lit by a curving, overhead fixture. Adding rhythm to the interior is a repetition of glassy panels and leather banquettes. The menu, naturally, is seafood-focused and features the Mina classic, ahi tuna tartare. You'll also find bacon-wrapped scallops, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, a decadent Maine lobster pot pie, and (for the red meat fans), a Piedmontese striploin with potatoes prepared three ways. Desserts are not to be missed.
