4. Café Europa

The food isn't bad, and they have English menus, but this place is terrible. I lived in Dresden for two months, and after the first three weeks I avoided this place. The problem was the service. We would not be brought the bill until our street car had gone by. This was no coincidence. Many times I watched my street car go by, and then my bill would be brought to me. (Because of a language school nearby they knew that customers speaking with an accent took the number seven streetcar.) The service, in short is terrible. Avoid them at all costs.
