JUMEIRAH.   The public beach at Jumeirah boasts clean, white sand and crystal seawater, making it a popular destination with area hotel and resort guests. The 12-hectare Jumeirah Beach Park is a perfect place for an afternoon family outing thanks to its picnic facilities, food kiosks, children's play area, swimming area with on-duty lifeguards, and shower/bathing facilities.
