The Buzz -- 2009 marks the first year in which the Race to Dubai replaces the Order of Merit as the money list for the PGA European Tour, and as such, 2009 also marks the inaugural edition of the Dubai World Championship, the new final event on the PGA European Tour schedule. This richest tournament in world golf features the top 60 players on the Tour in a four-round, no-cut battle to determine Europe’s top golfer.
