GARHOUD.   Dubai's famous Irish Village recreates the look, feel and charm of a traditional pub, easily making it a favorite watering hole among expats. Service people--Service! Dubai is not known for its service, but place sets all time low standards. The setting is beautiful and when the temperature is right, there is no place quite like it in Dubai. On the other hand, you better order you next round when the first round hits you table. The service is average on a good night...
