JUMEIRAH.   Just look for the enormous Fender Stratocasters: no other place in Dubai has two guitars for a front door. A celebration of rock and roll music and iconography, Hard Rock Cafés are major tourist draws all over the world. Sure, it's a place that youngsters flock to for a souvenir t-shirt or ball cap, but it's also one of the area's best bars.
