3. JW's Steakhouse

I was staying at the JW Marriott for a conference in June 2007, and had arranged to meet friends at JW's for a meal before heading back to UK. I met an American guy in the lobby and told him where I was going. I believe American's know their steaks and he said it was the best Filet Mignon he'd ever had. So I had a a Filet Mignon, and it was probably the best steak I'd ever had. I recommend you visit and try it for your self.
