GARHOUD.   Located at the exclusive Century Village, this popular resto-bar brings the flavor and flair of Portugual to the Emirates. The colorfully trendy atmosphere features a suave bar area where hordes of youngish beauties tend to congregate. An authentic tabernas-style attitude pervades the place, as diners are encouraged to equally enjoy each other's company, their meal, and the fine wines. The flavorful fare includes contemporary spins of traditional favorites: grilled red mullet with orange butter sauce, spicy Lulas grelhado (grilled calamari in Piri-Piri sauce), or mussels in black olive sauce.
