Don't miss this interactive exhibit focusing on Ireland's most famous export – Guinness stout. Beer aficionados and non-drinkers alike will enjoy this historical and cultural exhibition of a company whose history is so closely linked with Dublin's. The advertising gallery looks at the company's groundbreaking ads with art by John Gilroy. The rest of the museum shows how the beer is made and how it became the world's most famous brew. Test the product yourself in the bar where visitors get a free pint.   (© 10Best)

Must see of Dublin, even if it's just to get a pint of Guinness. Guinness tastes so much better in Ireland. It was a great tour. The price was high, but it was expected for Ireland, especially since you get a glass of Guinness at the end of the tour. Very fun tour.

Cons: I was charged 56 Euro (14 Euro each) for 4 adults. The tour was very poor. It was a self tour. Not a lot to see but spread out so it covered a wide area on a number of floors. Pros: The views from the bar on the 7th floor alone make a visit worthwhile. It is a circular bar with a continuous floor to ceiling window, providing an almost 360 degree bird’s eye view of Dublin city. It was not clear whether we had to pay admission or pay just for the tour (when we arrived we took a lift straight to the restaurant on the 5th floor and weren't asked for payment. We later paid to take the tour). I would love to repeat the bar experience, but not if I have to pay 14 Euro again.
