DULUTH.   Located in a former church building dating to the pre-WWI era, this unique Duluth museum houses original drafts of several important political documents, including the Bill of Rights, the Emancipation Proclamation, and a Constitutional amendment signed by President Abraham Lincoln. Also included in the holdings are musical treasures like Handel's "Messiah" and items of religious interest, such as a printing of the Ten Commandments from the Gutenberg Bible.
