DULUTH.
Grandma's is an irrefutable must when it comes to visiting restaurants in Duluth. Hearty home-cooked meals aren’t the only thing you’ll experience at this Duluth restaurant. In fact, apart from the cheek-pinching, Grandma’s restaurant in Canal Park has all the feel of a stereotypical grandmother’s home. Wall-to-wall antiques and cheery Southern-style hospitality prove the reality of this restaurant’s moniker, and guests are sure to leave with a full stomach and smiles on their faces. Lovely views of the harbor and Aerial Lift Bridge from Grandma’s porch seal the deal.

Grandma's Miller Hill/ By the Miller Hill Mall
Hello,
I had a fantastic experience I wanted to share with traveler's Food was perfect: I had the Walleye Rosa and a Romaine Dinner salad. The fish was top 3 I have had all year. Light Low fat and delicious. My server was Jennifer and she was patient as I had a phone call when she arrived. She gave me time to finish and kindly took my order. Weston was a manager and made the perfect side salad too. Both of these people did a great job and made my first experience amazing. Great job and please enjoy!

This was probably my worst experience at a Grandmas restaurant. I typically dine out at the restaurant in the Miller Hill Mall area but tonight we decided to be different and try out this one (in canal park). We were first seated at two unstable tables. Both wobbled fairly badly, so we asked to move, which we did. The server we had seemed to have a biased opinion while waiting on my party. The age range of the group I was with was 21-24. I feel that I get this a lot, poor service that is, because I look like a “poor college student”. There were two servers that were dining out tonight, myself included and we came to the conclusion that we would never give any customer the type of service we had gotten. I treat all of my customer with the amount of respect as I would any other. I look past what the tip might be. I, being a server, serve people the way I would like to be waited on. We feel that we did not get the service that tables around us were getting, possibly because of our age. I just thought I would bring this to your attention. Thank you.
