3. Discovery Point

This multimedia center brings the region's seafaring history to life. Discovery Point is where Captain Scott's Discovery ship was launched. The RRS Discovery, built in 1901 and now on display here, was used for polar exploration of Antarctica. This venue also provides a number of interactive displays and magnificent views of the river.   (© 10Best)
