Glamis Castle is the birthplace of Princess Margaret and has been considered a royal residence since 1372. The castle was also home to Queen Elizabeth when she was a child and is the setting for the classic play "Macbeth." The picturesque grounds are lavish and feature an exquisite Italian Garden, and the exterior of the castle features turrets. The castle is still the family home of the Earls of Strathmore and Kinghorne.   (© 10Best)
