2. Howff Burial Ground

Mary, Queen of Scots, bestowed this tract of land to the people of Dundee. Although a bit strange and eerie, this historic cemetery is noted for the number of trade guild headstones it holds. Visitors can see the detailed decorative work that went into the Victorian tombs that mark each guild member's tomb.   (© 10Best)
