This family-friendly Durham museum boasts many fascinating hands-on activities, lifelike exhibits and best of all, live plants and animals. The Magic Wings Butterfly House resembles a tropical rainforest, while the Carolina Wildlife section houses gators, bats, snakes, owls, an opossum and a woodchuck.
