4. Duke Homestead

At this historic site, visitors get to peak back in time at life on a tobacco farm in the 1850s. In the tobacco museum, live exhibits demonstrate historic agricultural methods and a film narrates the history of the industry. You'll also get to tour Washington Duke's home and see the former tobacco factories, curing barn, smokehouse, well house and pack house.   (© 10Best)
