This Durham restaurant boasts a gorgeous interior of old hardwood floors, mustard and red walls, and stunning chandeliers, making for an elegant and intimate evening. Nana’s is the brainchild of chef-owner Scott Howell, a native North Carolinian who does Southern food right. Try the risotto or grilled yellow fin tuna served over haricot verts.
