4. Sherlock Holmes Pub

A tribute both to the famous detective and his native land, this British-styled pub is just what you'd expect. Dark woodwork, stuccoed walls, and all the paraphernalia that gives a pub its life are on display here. You'll find Irish and British beers on tap, along with a good selection of Canadian brews and some international labels. The food extends beyond pub fare, so you can get steak and kidney pie or bangers and mash, or you can also opt for pastas, burgers, pizzas, and other dishes with a more global flavor. An amiable spirit runs through the place and its outdoor patio, which is a great place to sit during warm weather.
