Small though it may be, this impressive restaurant earns kudos for its consistently superb cuisine. The menu changes occasionally but always remains true to its high standards of quality and flavor. The herb-crusted pork tenderloin is a perennial favorite, succulent and well-seasoned. It goes head-to-head with beef tenderloin in a caramelized shallot gravy and with salmon in an orange-ginger glaze. Rack of lamb, duck, Arctic char and quail are among the other entrees you may find. The appetizers are in the same league as the main courses, as are the terrific desserts, which offer both confection-based and fruit-based options.
