Sablefish/Black cod
The black cod was exquisite!! 5 stars for this! BRAVO!! I asked for and received my fish cooked to perfection, i.e., not opaque, because that would mean it would be dry and miserable, but, rather, just cooked enough so that it flaked and was juicy and flavourful--the way it should be. My compliments to a chef who listens and understands how fish should be cooked. I think I moaned with pleasure. Other notes: our server was not perfect. Bring the wine promptly and don't turn on lights at 10:45 to rush out guests. Bad form, this.
