6. Madison's Grill

We planned our wedding dinner at Madison's Grill and made a reservation for the Vintage Room three months in advance of our wedding date. We called regularly to make sure our reservation was still in effect, and we were informed by the restaurant manager that everything was in order on every occasion we called. Five days prior to our wedding date, we received a call from the restaurant manager, who informed us that a "missing reservation" from over a year ago had surfaced and that we had lost our reservation. We were offered a room in the basement of the hotel instead; however, that roomw as much too large for our small wedding party. We ultimately scrambled to find another venue for our wedding dinner and cancelled our "reservation" with Madison's Grill. This entire scenario was highly frustrating, particularly since we had been told that Madison's Grill has a difficult time to manager their reservations. Despite our repeated calls to confirm our reservation on a regular basis, they were unable to hold it. Needless to say, we will never ever go Madison's Grill or recommend it to our friends.
